Embrace the Transition

❔What, if any, reminders have you had about how resourceful you are recently? ❔

Working with my mentor recently, & discussing the space I'm in as I move from my 'known world' into the world of a self-employed business owner, she reminded me of the phrase "𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣".

As a certified Change practitioner with years of experience within the People & Culture space I questioned how, something that I already 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸, could be so impactful 🤔💭.

I then reflected on the work I do with my coaching clients. So often, whilst we might innately 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 something, it's not until someone (or something) says or does something that prompts a reminder or ‘unlock’ 🗝️for us.
