This tool helps you understand your current relationship with self-kindness. This isn’t about whether you’re ‘good’ at it, it’s about where and how it’s showing up in your life right now, and where it isn’t.

Understanding the 2 Dimensions:

To give you a full profile, we look at self-kindness through two lenses:

  • Time: From Micro (small, quick acts) to Midi (intentional pauses) and Macro (deeper structural support).

  • Way: Either Doing (practical actions and systems) or Being (internal care and self-talk).

How to Answer:

Thinking about the past couple of weeks, answer based on how things have actually been for you recently, not how you think they 'should' be.
