Each session includes practical teaching around the Self-Kindness Matrix™, common patterns I see in the results, opportunities to ask questions, and simple ideas you can start applying straight away. Whether you're curious about one particular area of your results or simply want to keep self-kindness front of mind, these sessions provide an affordable way to continue learning without committing to one-to-one coaching. Each month we'll explore topics such as: Understanding your Self-Kindness Matrix™ profile. Why self-unkindness becomes our default. Common patterns, challenges and breakthroughs. Practical ways to strengthen different areas of the Matrix. Live Q&A and coaching insights. You'll leave each session with: A better understanding of your results. Fresh ideas and practical strategies. Inspiration from others' questions and experiences. One simple action to focus on before the next session. Cancellation Policy
I understand that ‘life happens’ and that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances fully outside of our control occur. Where possible, I will do what I can. As a ‘rule of thumb’, for 1:1 coaching sessions. if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. In instances whereby the required notice is not given, I reserve the right to charge the full fee for the appointment. For programs, once funds have been paid, there will be no refunds given except by exceptional circumstances (for example prolonged sickness), please ensure that you check the 6 x dates of the 'virtual live sessions' prior to committing.
