Session Outline
Sometimes the hardest part isn't making a change, it's knowing where to begin. If you've found yourself constantly putting everyone else first, feeling stretched too thin, questioning whether success is meant to feel this exhausting, or simply wanting life to feel more sustainable, this call is for you. The Self-Kindness Discovery Call is a free, no-pressure 30-minute conversation to explore where you are now, what you're finding challenging, and what you're hoping could be different. Together we'll talk about what's going on in your world, whether that's work, family, confidence, boundaries, overwhelm, people-pleasing or simply feeling like you've lost sight of yourself. You'll also hear more about my approach and how self-kindness differs from self-care or self-compassion. Self-kindness isn't about lowering your standards or doing less. It's about creating success that doesn't come at the expense of your wellbeing. This is a chance for us to get to know one another, ask questions and explore whether we're the right fit to work together. If coaching feels like the right next step, I'll talk you through the options available, from my Kindness Kickstart Journey to longer-term coaching. If it doesn't, that's absolutely fine too. My aim is for you to leave with greater clarity than when you arrived. There is no obligation and no hard sell, just an honest conversation focused on you. Because sometimes one conversation is all it takes to realise that success doesn't have to mean sacrificing yourself.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that ‘life happens’ and that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances fully outside of our control occur. Where possible, I will do what I can. As a ‘rule of thumb’, for 1:1 coaching sessions. if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. In instances whereby the required notice is not given, I reserve the right to charge the full fee for the appointment. For programs, once funds have been paid, there will be no refunds given except by exceptional circumstances (for example prolonged sickness), please ensure that you check the 6 x dates of the 'virtual live sessions' prior to committing.
