Session Outline
Invest 60 minutes with me & start your journey towards a more fulfilled & balanced life. A life in which Kindness extends to you as well as others. In this 1 hour virtual session we will work together to: • Explore & understand what your vision for success looks, feels & means to you (i.e. YOUR ‘all’). • Hold a mirror up to what’s going on for you in relation to this now. • Identify some of the challenges, obstacles or barriers that are currently preventing you from moving towards this. • Identify meaningful, realistic actions you can take to move forward. • During the end of our Kindness Kickstarter we’ll have a sense of ‘what next’ for you.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that ‘life happens’ and that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances fully outside of our control occur. Where possible, I will do what I can. As a ‘rule of thumb’, for 1:1 coaching sessions. if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. In instances whereby the required notice is not given, I reserve the right to charge the full fee for the appointment. For programs, once funds have been paid, there will be no refunds given except by exceptional circumstances (for example prolonged sickness), please ensure that you check the 6 x dates of the 'virtual live sessions' prior to committing.
